• Free Site Evaluation
  

  Shortly after contacting Vista Solar, one of our specialist will visit your site to determine if it is a good candidate for solar, free of charge. Our specialist will conduct an analysis incorporating several factors, including:

  1) Available roof or ground space
  2) Available solar access and possible shading challenges
  3) The existing electrical panel
  4) Your current and anticipated energy usage

  If your site turns out to be a good solar candidate we can then use the information gathered during the site evaluation to determine the appropriate system sizing for your location.

• Paperwork Processing
  

  Vista Solar takes the lead in the permit and rebate application process. We understand that you've got more important things to do than fill out forms and attempt to navigate the City permitting and State rebate bureaucracies. Let us help, so you can get started enjoying your new solar system.

• Progress Reports
  

  If you have questions or concerns you shouldn't have to hunt for the right person to talk to. When you choose Vista Solar to perform your installation one of our associates will be your exclusive point of contact throughout the installation. In addition to addressing any questions or issues you may have during the installation your liason will also provide you with regular updates on the status of your installation.

• Professional Installation
  

  Our installation team has been installing Bay Area solar systems for nearly a decade. At Vista Solar we carefully select our installation team members, ensuring that they have clean records, impeccable attention to detail, and excellent safety standards. Our installation team members are your guests and we require them to dress and act accordingly. All Vista Solar Employees that appear at your site will be in clean uniforms and maintain a respectful demeanor. Furthermore, as a licensed contractor, you can rest assured that we carry the insurance and workers compensation coverage you need.

• Remote System Monitoring
  

  Vista Solar's remote monitoring system can be programmed to send email alerts should a failure in the solar system be detected. The system will also be linked to the web to allow you instantaneous access to current and historic data on the system's performance. For commercial installations that are eligible for the Performance Based Incentives (PBI), California requires that companies employ independent, third party, monitoring service. Vista Solar's remote monitoring system provides these services and also automatically handles the reporting to the program administrators, so that you can get paid promptly.

• Complementary System Maintenance
  

  Vista Solar systems are designed to provide you with a reliable source of clean renewable energy while requiring little or no maintenance. However, in order to ensure the best possible performance of your system, Vista Solar will provide the following complementary performance service.
  
  · 6th Month – System performance inspection and preventive maintenance.
